Olenka Nisiama is ATRA’s Public Affairs and Digital Strategy Associate, supporting media outreach and digital content for core initiatives including the Judicial Hellholes® report and Legislative HeatCheck. Joining ATRA as an intern in 2025, she holds a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University, where she was a Dean’s Fellow and co-founded the Schar School Policy Journal. Olenka earned her bachelor’s degree in communications and journalism from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in Lima, Peru.
